Ordering

You can browse products and place orders online at https://www.yunyisonic.com/. Each product has its own description, specifications, and user manual to help you choose the right item. The Yunyisonic team will be happy to help you find the right product for your needs. However, please note that it is your responsibility to place an order for the correct product.

Some products may be temporarily out of stock. In such cases, if you provide your name and email address via the “Contact Us” button on the product page, Yunyisonic will notify you automatically when the product becomes available.

Yunyisonic partners with multiple carriers, including UPS, DHL, and others, to ensure optimal shipping services and options for our customers. The carrier used for each shipment depends on the order size, equipment type, delivery address, and shipping service required.

We accept PayPal payments. To protect your security, we screen for potential fraudulent orders. Please ensure that your billing address matches your payment method to avoid delays in order processing. Additionally, our website https://www.yunyisonic.com/ is SSL-secured, and we do not store credit/debit card information from any transactions. Customers can rest assured that their online purchases are safe.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you are a registered user, you can also check your order status under “My Orders” in your account on our website.

Order Processing

After an order is placed, we typically require 1-3 days to process it (excluding industrial models with custom configurations). However, for large orders, processing may take 5-10 days, depending on payment confirmation and product availability.

To prevent fraud, some orders may take up to 10 business days for processing in certain cases. Due to various factors, shipping times may vary.

If an order includes out-of-stock items, it may take up to 45 days for restocking. In such cases, the buyer will be notified and given the option to either wait for future shipment, choose a similar product, or cancel the order for a refund.

Order Status

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping notification and tracking number via the email address you provided.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order, please call our customer service hotline (+86 18938665253) or send your cancellation request to sales_dean@yunyisonic.com.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to request a return authorization to return the item for a refund.

Please note:

  • A 10% restocking fee and any incurred shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in their original condition. Otherwise, Yunyisonic may charge additional fees for damages.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you can check the tracking details on the carrier’s website. Sometimes, tracking information may not update immediately. However, as long as your order has a tracking number, it means the carrier has received it and it is in transit. If tracking details are unavailable, please check again after 24 hours.

Shipping methods vary by carrier. Some carriers only deliver to specific locations on certain dates and times, which is common in remote areas. In such cases, orders may be held at distribution hubs or terminals until sufficient traffic is available for delivery.

Air shipping charges are based on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (size-based).

In international air express shipping, carriers charge based on the greater of actual weight (kg) and volumetric weight, which reflects the space a package occupies. Volumetric weight is calculated as:

Volumetric Weight (kg) = (Length × Width × Height) cm / 5000 (common divisor, may vary by carrier).

Receiving Your Shipment

Upon delivery, immediately inspect the package for any damages or missing items.

  • If the package is severely damaged, refuse the shipment and request the carrier to return it.
  • If the damage is minor, note the issue on the delivery receipt (if applicable) and keep a copy for your records.

⚠️ Important: If there are no notes on the delivery receipt, we cannot guarantee compensation for missing or damaged items. By signing the delivery receipt, you confirm that you have received the shipment in good condition.

If you discover missing or damaged items after receiving the package, you must report them to Yunyisonic within 5 business days of receipt.

Reporting a Shipping Issue:

  1. Take photos or videos clearly showing the damage.
  2. Send the evidence to Yunyisonic customer support.
  3. Once the damage is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement item.

Claims submitted after 5 days will not be accepted, and Yunyisonic will not be responsible for reported shipping damages or missing items.

Returning a Shipment

Please keep all original packaging materials, accessories, components, parts, and documents in case you need to return the product. You are responsible for repacking and preparing the shipment for carrier pickup.
